Deadlift Bar

I’ve purchased several bars from various companies, but my experiences with Texas Power Bar have always been the best. The process is hassle-free, the bars arrive early, and there’s no nonsense—just great service. The bars are exactly as described, with no blemishes or surprises, which isn’t always the case with competitors. I know I can trust Texas Power Bar to deliver quality every time. Keep up the good work!

Pros: It's a superior quality bar, it's helping me increase my deadlift numbers.

It's an absolutely stunning bar to look at, just looks amazing.

Cons: The black zinc scratches off way too easy. I put a big scratch on mine 2 minutes after taking it out of the tube (clumsy me).

Has a pretty loud rattle.

My suggestion is get it in bare steel or stainless if available.

I got this one because it was on sale cheaper than the bare steel one.

After 1 year loosens and way overspinning now

I bought the Texas deadlift bar for my husband a bit over a year ago. I did reach out to the customer service received no emails back with an issue we have with the Bar.
My husband is In strongman and powerlifting active. He is also a personal trainer for more than 10 years and knows how to use a deadlift bar. He has had several bars and he loved the bar at first. Now the bar starts over spinning and slipping out of his hands even with using straps. He deadlifts more than 700lb and huge spin is quite noticeable and throws your whole liftoff. Actually very high risk for an injury. We would like to know either how to fix it or find some sort of solution. Did research but couldn’t find anything. Of course a deadlift bar is supposed to have some spin as it’s not stiff bar but it’s to the point where it’s not normal. My husband has been since high school into powerlifting and doing strongman for awhile plus having several medals and belts and statues laying around. I mention it to make clear he is not misusing the bar and knows how to use it. I don’t understand how the customers service won’t get back to us or give any help on the problem. That bothers me the most.
It could just be a problem during manufacturing I don’t know but customer service should be there to help.
I am sure if everything goes well this is certainly a nice bar.
