Texas Power Bars Return Policy
Texas Power Bars offers a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible products that meet all return requirements. Please review the policy below before beginning a return.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require prior written authorization. Contact team@texaspowerbars.com before shipping any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return or exchange, the product must:
- Be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery
- Have been purchased directly from Texas Power Bars
- Include valid proof of purchase
- Be new, unused, unaltered, complete, and undamaged
- Be returned in its original packaging with all included materials
- Receive written return authorization before shipment
A barbell that has been loaded, lifted with, chalked, racked, dropped, altered, modified, cleaned with abrasive materials, or otherwise used is not considered new and unused.
Return eligibility is not final until the product has been received, inspected, and approved by Texas Power Bars.
Products That Are Not Eligible for Return
The following products are generally final sale and are not eligible for our standard return or exchange program:
- Cerakote-colored bars
- Custom, personalized, or co-branded products
- Cosmetic Blemish products
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued products
- Special-order or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as final sale
- Oversized or freight-only products identified as nonreturnable on the product page, quote, invoice, or order documentation
- The BIG TEX Deadlift Bar and other products expressly designated as nonreturnable because of their size, freight requirements, or specialized nature
Product-specific return terms displayed on the product page, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or other order documentation take precedence over this general Return Policy.
Orders Outside the Contiguous United States
Orders delivered outside the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States are generally final sale.
Products delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations are not eligible for our standard return or exchange program unless Texas Power Bars provides express written authorization.
Any exception is subject to review and approval by Texas Power Bars. The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping, freight, packaging, handling, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, import, export, and related charges. These amounts are nonrefundable.
Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Any refund remains subject to receipt, inspection, product condition, return eligibility, and all applicable deductions.
Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs
Approved returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee unless Texas Power Bars determines that the return resulted from a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs unless Texas Power Bars confirms that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping, freight, expedited-service, delivery, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, import, and related charges are generally nonrefundable.
Additional deductions may apply for:
- Missing or damaged packaging
- Missing accessories, hardware, or included materials
- Cleaning, inspection, or handling required after return
- Damage, alteration, use, or diminished condition
- Unauthorized returns
- Carrier, freight, storage, redelivery, address-correction, or other costs incurred because of the return
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for safely packaging, protecting, tracking, and insuring products during return transit.
Texas Power Bars is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, improperly packaged, or otherwise affected during return shipment.
Keep all original shipping tubes, boxes, pallets, labels, inserts, hardware, accessories, and protective materials until the complete order has been inspected and accepted.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries and Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. Contact Texas Power Bars immediately if a correction is required; however, changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment, packaging, label creation, freight booking, or carrier processing has begun.
If an order is refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missed appointment, customer unavailability, delivery restriction, or unpaid customs or import charges, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping and freight charges
- Return shipping or freight charges
- Address-correction or rerouting fees
- Storage, redelivery, and limited-access fees
- Reshipping and additional packaging costs
- Applicable restocking or processing fees
If the customer requests reshipment, all applicable reshipping and carrier charges must be paid before the order is released.
If the customer declines reshipment, the order may be treated as a return only if the product otherwise qualifies under this Return Policy. Any available refund will be issued only after the product is received and inspected and may be reduced by the restocking fee, original shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, damage, missing packaging, and other costs incurred by Texas Power Bars.
A product that is final sale, custom, used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible for return does not become returnable solely because delivery was refused or the shipment was returned to Texas Power Bars.
Free or Discounted Shipping Orders
A free-shipping or discounted-shipping promotion does not mean that Texas Power Bars incurred no cost to ship the order.
If an order originally shipped through a free or discounted shipping offer is returned, refused, canceled after shipment preparation, or deemed undeliverable, the actual outbound shipping or freight cost paid by Texas Power Bars may be deducted from any available refund along with return shipping, restocking fees, and other applicable charges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all applicable return requirements.
Products returned in a used, altered, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, or otherwise ineligible condition may be denied a refund or subject to additional deductions.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary, and the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Exchanges
Depending on the product and circumstances, an exchange may be processed as a return followed by a new order.
Current pricing, product availability, shipping charges, restocking fees, and product-specific restrictions may apply.
Texas Power Bars cannot guarantee that a requested model, finish, color, knurl, size, generation, or configuration will remain available while the return is being processed.
Order Cancellations
Contact team@texaspowerbars.com immediately to request an order cancellation. We will do our best to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production, customization, fulfillment, packaging, label creation, freight booking, or carrier processing.
Approved cancellations may be subject to nonrefundable payment-processing expenses, customization costs, production expenses, packaging costs, freight-booking fees, or other costs already incurred by Texas Power Bars.
Custom, personalized, co-branded, made-to-order, and specially configured products may not be eligible for cancellation after approval or production has begun.
Promotional Products and Free Gifts
Promotional products and free gifts are provided as part of the qualifying purchase and generally have no cash value.
If the qualifying purchase is returned, the promotional item may also be required to be returned new and unused. If it is not returned, its stated or retail value may be deducted from any available refund.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect products should be reported promptly and, whenever possible, within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Keep all original packaging, shipping labels, tubes, pallets, and protective materials until our team has completed its review.

- A clear description of the issue
- A photograph of the shipping label
- Photographs of the complete package or pallet
- Photographs of any damaged packaging
- Photographs of the complete product and affected areas
Packaging damage alone does not necessarily mean the product inside is damaged and does not automatically qualify an order for replacement, refund, discount, or other compensation.
How to Begin a Return or Exchange
Email team@texaspowerbars.com with your order number, the product involved, the reason for the request, and any requested photographs or documentation.
Do not ship a product back until Texas Power Bars provides written authorization and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the sender, or assessed additional shipping, handling, restocking, inspection, or processing fees.
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
