received the bar on Feb 24th and noticed the shaft, end caps were rusty and two small dents. I was willing to look past that but after two days of use I noticed the sleeves were getting damaged from rubbing against my plates.
I have had over 10 bars and this is the first time I've ever experienced this issue. I reached out to Texas power bar on the March 1st explaining the situation and requesting a refund, they responded on March 7th asking for pictures which I sent the same day, have yet heard from them and I tried calling which goes directly to voicemail, emailing, messaging them on the website, Facebook and Instagram and no response. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
