Best bar I’ve ever lifted with. Extremely versatile for all Olympic and power lifts. Lots of great whip for the metcon lifts.

It's made by Texas Power Bars, and they have been doing it right for a long time. This is a great bar for beginners to intermediate lifters who aren't lifting super heavy weights that require the additional stick of the more aggressive TPB. It came well packaged, and the bar out of the tube, and the bare steel has that beautiful bluish tint. I am looking forward to seeing it patina with use, and as Mark Rippetoe says, with an occasional wipe down, and the oil from your hands, it will take on the greyish/bluish patina as the steel oxidizes. After a few uses, it feels and works very well.

I got this bar to try to help me with recurring elbow issues and it worked! I had the pleasure of lifting with your other squat bar at a powerlifting meet and after feeling the absence of pain and the performance of the bar I knew I had to get one so I did. For the life of me I can’t find the “blemish” on the bar not that it matters in the slightest. Monster is an accurate description to be sure this bad boy is huge and practically indestructible. If I could give it six stars I would do so.

My first Texas Power Bar. The aggressive knurling feels great from benching to deadlifting. t’s nice to have an opportunity to save a few bucks on a minor blemish that does not affect function. Solid bar from a solid company. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
