Texas Power Bars Shipping Policy
Texas Power Bars ships long, heavy, and oversized strength equipment throughout the United States and to select international destinations. This policy explains shipping estimates, freight delivery, damage reporting, and customer responsibilities.
Effective and last updated: July 13, 2026
Product and order details matter. Product-page disclosures, quotes, invoices, order confirmations, freight documents, and written order-specific terms control when they address a particular shipment.
1. Shipping Methods and Timing
Available shipping methods may vary based on product length, dimensions, weight, quantity, destination, carrier capacity, and service availability. Standard bars and smaller items may ship by parcel carrier. Oversized bars, plates, equipment, and larger orders may require palletized freight or another specialized service.
Texas Power Bars are hand-built and fulfilled in Texas. Processing time may vary based on inventory, finish, customization, order size, production volume, inspection, and packaging requirements.
Processing, production, ship, transit, tracking, and delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement. Carrier estimates may change because of weather, routing, network volume, freight scheduling, customs, labor conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Texas Power Bars will provide delay notices, cancellation options, or refunds for unshipped merchandise when required by applicable law.
2. Shipping Charges and Recalculation
Shipping and freight amounts shown on our website, at checkout, in a quote, or before shipment are estimates and remain subject to final review.
Final cost may change based on packaged dimensions and weight, quantity, destination, carrier availability, residential or limited-access service, liftgate or appointment needs, remote-area service, address corrections, fuel or oversized-package surcharges, customs, or current freight conditions.
If final shipping exceeds the amount collected, Texas Power Bars may contact the customer for approval and additional payment before shipment. If the customer declines the revised cost, Texas Power Bars may adjust the available shipping method or cancel and refund the unfulfilled portion of the order, subject to applicable law and any separately approved custom-order terms.
Texas Power Bars may select or change the carrier, shipment origin, packaging method, route, or service level when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
3. Parcel Shipping, Tracking, and Packaging
Barbells and most oversized products require a complete physical delivery address and generally cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Additional restrictions or charges may apply to APO/FPO addresses, remote areas, islands, rural routes, and limited-access locations.
Tracking is generally emailed when a label is created or the shipment enters carrier processing. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier performs its first physical scan.
Products from the same order may ship separately, from different locations, through different carriers, or on different days.
Texas Power Bars uses packaging selected for the product’s length, weight, and shipping method. Exterior packaging may show dents, tears, scuffs, or punctures without the product inside being damaged. Inspect the complete product before determining that shipping damage occurred.
Standard barbells generally arrive assembled. Certain equipment, accessories, or freight products may require assembly or partial reassembly. A light protective oil may be present on certain components.
4. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations at an additional cost. Because barbells are long, heavy, and oversized, expedited service may be limited or substantially more expensive.
Expedited carrier service generally reduces transit time only and does not automatically shorten production, customization, inspection, packaging, or processing.
Contact team@texaspowerbars.com before placing a time-sensitive order. A specific arrival date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
5. Freight Delivery
Oversized bars, plates, palletized orders, and volume purchases may require freight delivery.
Unless expressly included in writing, standard freight service is curbside delivery to an accessible residential or commercial receiving area. It does not include unloading, liftgate service, inside placement, assembly, installation, unpacking, or packaging removal.
Liftgate, appointment, limited-access, or other special services may be available for an additional fee when requested before shipment. A liftgate lowers the shipment to ground level but does not move it inside.
The customer is responsible for arranging adequate people, equipment, clearance, access, and receiving capability. Missed appointments, storage, redelivery, reconsignment, limited-access service, or address corrections may result in additional customer charges.
6. Delivery, Inspection, and Damage
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, secure, and accessible delivery address and for monitoring tracking, email, phone, and carrier communications.
Inspect shipments promptly. For freight, inspect the pallet, packaging, and visible products before signing whenever reasonably possible. Note and photograph visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Signing without noting visible freight damage may limit carrier-claim options.
Keep all packaging, labels, tubes, boxes, pallets, straps, and protective materials until the order has been inspected and confirmed correct.
Report damage, shortages, or an incorrect product promptly and, when possible, within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Email team@texaspowerbars.com with your order number, shipping-label photo, full-package photos, product photos, and any delivery documentation.
Packaging damage alone does not automatically establish product damage or qualify an order for replacement, refund, discount, or compensation. Each claim is reviewed based on the product condition, functionality, documentation, carrier findings, and applicable policies.
7. Delayed, Missing, Refused, or Returned Shipments
If tracking is delayed, continue monitoring it for a reasonable period because oversized and freight shipments may receive fewer scans. Contact Texas Power Bars if the shipment appears materially delayed.
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check all entrances, garages, gates, receiving areas, nearby secure locations, household members, neighbors, building staff, and receiving personnel before contacting the carrier and Texas Power Bars.
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, or returned because of an incorrect address, missed appointment, customer unavailability, delivery restriction, or unpaid charges, the customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, rerouting, storage, redelivery, reshipping, packaging, and applicable restocking or processing fees.
Reshipment requires payment of applicable charges. If the customer declines reshipment, the product may be considered for return only if it otherwise qualifies under the Texas Power Bars Return Policy.
A final-sale, custom, used, damaged, oversized, or otherwise nonreturnable product does not become returnable because delivery was refused or the shipment was returned.
8. Free or Discounted Shipping
Free or discounted shipping applies only to the products, destinations, services, and conditions stated in the offer. Barbells, specialty bars, oversized products, freight shipments, heavy items, remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations may be excluded unless expressly stated.
A free or discounted shipping offer does not mean Texas Power Bars incurred no shipping cost. If an order is returned, refused, canceled after shipment preparation, or deemed undeliverable, actual outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from any available refund as permitted by the Return Policy and applicable law.
9. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible Dallas–Fort Worth area orders by appointment only and is not confirmed until Texas Power Bars provides written notice that the order is ready and a pickup time has been arranged.
Local pickup does not guarantee showroom access, walk-in purchasing, product testing, installation, loading assistance, or same-day additions. Identification or written authorization may be required.
10. International Shipping
Unless Texas Power Bars expressly agrees otherwise in writing, international customers are responsible for shipping, freight, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, inspections, storage, import, export, and other carrier or government charges.
International availability may vary based on the product, dimensions, destination, carrier, customs requirements, trade restrictions, and commercial practicality. Texas Power Bars may decline or cancel an order when shipment is unavailable, prohibited, restricted, or impractical.
International rates shown online are estimates and remain subject to final review. Texas Power Bars is not responsible for customs delays, rejected imports, confiscation, unpaid charges, refused or abandoned shipments, destination-country restrictions, or additional carrier or government assessments.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the product may lawfully be imported, possessed, resold, and used at the destination.
11. Other Policies and Changes
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and final-sale restrictions are governed by the Texas Power Bars Return Policy. Warranty-related shipping is governed by the Texas Power Bars Warranty Policy. Website use, ordering, payment, and liability are governed by the Texas Power Bars Terms of Service. Personal information is handled under the Texas Power Bars Privacy Policy.
Texas Power Bars may update this Shipping Policy prospectively by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Existing transaction-specific terms continue to apply as required by law.
